At HydraMist Co, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update after it has been sent.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

HydraMist Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will help you investigate the issue.

HydraMist Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or events outside of our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will help you with a replacement or suitable solution.

Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of everything received.

1 × Seal Tape / Gasket
5 × Free Replacement Filters
